About Joshua

I was born and raised in the Town of Fairfield and attended Lawrence High School. I went on to attend Central Maine Community College in the field of Architecture and Civil Engineering. I have been fortunate enough to help build and part own a successful commercial construction company, The Maine Painting Company, which has been featured on HGTV The Maine Cabin Masters. I have thoroughly enjoyed partnering and building relationships within our community here in the state of Maine and Kennebec County for many years. I have continued to reside in the central Maine area with my wife and young daughter, as we look forward to seeing many exciting changes and opportunities happening in this area almost every day.

I am looking forward to bringing a wealth of knowledge from the General Contracting and Project Management world over to real estate to assist and benefit clients of all ranges in the purchasing of any property, whether it be recreational, residential home or commercial.
